Calling all Dog Lovers!
The Brookings Regional Humane Society is in extreme need for foster homes for dogs. We have a lot of dogs - both big and small - in need of temporary homes, until we can find their forever home. All it takes is your time and love. The BRHS provides the food and medical treatment when needed. If you're interested in helping these dogs, please stop in and fill out your information; this info is used to help make the best possible match between a foster home and an animal.

Give Food, Get Love (and $50 Off)
For the month of July only, you can get $50 off of the adoption of a cat or dog from the Brookings Regional Humane Society with the donation of 10 food items to the Brookings Food Pantry. Items can be dropped off at either the Brookings Food Shelf (be sure to get a receipt) or at the Brookings Regional Humane Society.

Attention Volunteers:
The BRHS holds a Volunteer Orientation every second Tuesday of every month at 6:30pm here at the Humane Society. If you're looking for something to fill those spare hours, feel free to come in and fill out a Volunteer Application and attend the Orientation to start helping out.

BRHS is saving HyVee grocery, kitchen, gas and pharmacy receipts.

If you shop at HyVee, please hang onto your receipts and get them to us - we can turn them into cash for the animals!

Spay/Neuters available to families with qualifying incomes!

BRHS has received a grant to help families get their pets spayed and neutered. So, if you have a pet that needs to be "fixed" we are looking for you! More information and applications can be picked up at Brookings Regional Humane Society at 1027 Main Ave, South. We are all very excited about this program and the people and pets that will be helped by it!
