Flying Dutchman has sailed straight out of Bikini Bottom and into our shelter, and he's searching for a forever crew! This handsome 11-month-old black cat may share a name with SpongeBob's legendary ghost pirate, but don't worry—his only haunting habit is mysteriously appearing the second he hears a treat bag open. If you're looking for a loyal first mate with a goofy side and a heart of gold, Flying Dutchman is ready to drop anchor in your home. No cursed treasure required—just a loving family to call his own.

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
