Meet Wren, a beautiful salt-and-pepper pit mix with a gentle heart and a bright spirit. At around 2 years old and 44 pounds, she’s the perfect medium-sized companion who’s past the tiny puppy stage but still full of playful energy and curiosity.

Wren has lived with other dogs before and has done well, though she appreciates proper introductions — if you already have a dog at home, a meet and greet will help make sure everyone starts off on the right paw. She’s currently working on her potty training and making great progress with a consistent routine and a little patience.

This sweet girl loves spending time with her people and is eager to keep learning and growing in a home of her own. With structure, encouragement, and plenty of affection, Wren will blossom into a loyal, loving best friend.

Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.

Call or e-mail us today for more information about adopting me!
