Don’t let her name fool you—Sweetie is a white-and-tabby farm cat through and through. She’s independent, confident, and far more interested in patrolling her territory than seeking out attention. Sweetie prefers wide-open spaces, quiet corners, and doing things her own way.

She’s a classic no-nonsense farm girl who knows exactly what she wants: room to roam, fresh air, and minimal human interference. If you appreciate a strong, self-sufficient spirit, Sweetie embodies it perfectly.

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
