This adorable 11.8 pound 3-year-old gal is spayed, medically up to date, and ready to charm the right person.
She’s a quiet, cozy-loving girl who adores peaceful naps and comfy hideaways. Once she feels safe, Meringue enjoys affection and cuddles — she just prefers them on her own terms. Think of her as a cat who appreciates gentle love, calm vibes, and a human who understands that sometimes less is more. With her soft looks, Meringue may remind you of a fancy dessert — pretty, comforting, and best enjoyed at a relaxed pace.
Meringue is declawed and a special-needs kitty who takes daily pain medication to keep her feeling her best, but she's a champ at taking her medication. She’s okay with other calm, respectful feline companions, especially those who will give her space and match her mellow energy.

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
