Zipper is a 2-year-old black beauty who is spayed, medically up to date, and fully committed to being your shadow, sidekick, and occasional neck scarf. True to her name, she zips into your life at full speed and fastens herself right onto your shoulder like she was always meant to be there.

Affectionate doesn't even begin to cover it. Zipper is a certified shoulder kitty who loves being close to her people and will happily supervise everything you do from her preferred elevated perch. She's social, sweet, and always ready to trade quiet company for full-on cuddle mode.

She has lived successfully with older kids and other cats, and she's done well in those environments. Dogs, however, are still an unknown territory for this playful kitty.

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
