Jewels is a 3-year-old black-and-white farm girl with a whole lot of attitude and absolutely no interest in pretending otherwise! This spicy lady lived on a farm and has decided that the great outdoors is where she truly shines. She’s looking for a farm where she can do her own thing, keep an eye on the property, and live life on her terms. Jewels does have chronic weepy eyes, but that doesn’t slow this feisty girl down one bit. If you’re looking for a cat with personality, independence, and just the right amount of sass, Jewels has plenty of all three!

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
