Meet Glowy Chloe! This beautiful 65lb German Shepherd girl is the perfect mix of active and affectionate.

Glowy Chloe lived with children in the past and has shown she enjoys being part of the family, whether that's hanging out in the yard, going for walks, or joining in on outdoor adventures. She loves to run and play outside and would thrive with space to stretch her legs and burn off some energy. While she's friendly with people, Glowy Chloe has not successfully met other dogs in the shelter setting and would likely do best as the only dog in the home. She also does not do well with cats.

Glowy Chloe does a good job at keeping her kennel clean in the shelter. She's also very smart and knows sit down and paw, and would likely pick up more tricks with some treats and positive reinforcement.

Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
