Meet Izzi!

Izzi is a 12-year-old domestic mediumhair senior who’s spayed, medically up-to-date, and front-paw declawed. Izzi is affectionate and loves to curl up next to her favorite people. She also appreciates being pampered and brushed, and will reward you with plenty of purrs when you do so.

As a lady in her golden years, Izzi wants to live a peaceful and quiet life. While she tolerates young children, she’d prefer either a childfree home or one with kids who appreciate her slower pace. Izzi gets along well with other cats and has also done fine with small dogs, though we’re unsure what she thinks about larger breeds.

If you’re looking for a wonderful senior gal, Izzi might be your perfect fit.

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
