Meet Milo’s Sweet Tea, a charming black and white domestic shorthair with a personality as delightful as his name. At 8 years old, Milo is a young senior– but he’s still got plenty of spirit! He’s neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, so he’s ready to head home and start his next chapter.

This sweet boy loves attention and is happiest when he’s close to his people. Milo’s Sweet Tea has an affectionate, easygoing nature, but he also has a playful streak and plenty of energy to keep things fun. He’s always ready for a toy, a game, or a little burst of zoomies before settling in for some well-earned cuddles. Milo also gets along well with other cats, but we’re not sure how he feels about dogs or young children.

Milo’s Sweet Tea has special needs, having Feline Eosinophilic Granuloma, an allergic skin condition. We previously had Milo on a daily medication to help manage his condition, but have since tapered him off it, and he’s had no problems. However, it’s still possible that Milo may need medication in the future if he experiences flare ups. In a low-stress home, it’s possible he may not need medication at all.

If you’re looking to add a little sweetness into your life, come meet Milo’s Sweet Tea!

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.

Call or e-mail us today for more information about adopting me!
