Fingers is a roughly 1-year-old brown tabby with white markings who is still learning that humans are actually pretty cool. She’s on the shy side, so she prefers to take a little time to get to know you before showing off her personality. Think of her as a cat who likes to keep her hands close to her body and her social calendar wide open.
With a little patience, some gentle encouragement, and maybe a few tasty treats, Fingers is sure to come around. She may not be the first one to reach out and shake your paw, but she’s worth getting to know!

Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
