Littlefoot is a three month old kitten named after the brave, big hearted dinosaur who taught us that even the smallest among us can lead the way. She's curious, gentle, and just a little bit determined to find her place in a great big world. She's already spayed and fully up to date on her vet care, so all she needs now is a family to be her herd. Don't let her sweet, wide-eyed expression fool you... this girl has spirit. She'll bravely investigate every corner of your home, tiptoe past the vacuum like it's a Sharptooth, and then come running back to you for reassurance the moment she's conquered her fear.
Littlefoot is the kind of kitten who'll curl up in your lap and look at you like you hung the moon (or at least the really big leaf that hangs over the Great Valley). She's looking for a forever home full of warmth, patience, and maybe a few leafy houseplants she can pretend are tree stars. If you're ready to guide a tiny explorer through her first adventures and earn the most loyal, snuggly friend a person could ask for... then Littlefoot is ready to follow you all the way home.
Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!
Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
