Meet Mr. Peacock! This handsome senior Domestic Longhair is dressed to impress in his beautiful white coat, and he has a few special quirks that make him truly one of a kind. Mr. Peacock is deaf, but he doesn't let that stop him from enjoying life's little luxuries. He absolutely loves being groomed and has an especially hilarious appreciation for the vacuum cleaner! While most cats would run for the hills at the sound of one, Mr. Peacock is happy to stick around for the show. Even more special than his unique personality is his bond with his twin brother, Professor Plum. These two are a package deal and are looking for a home where they can continue their lives together. If you're ready to welcome a distinguished duo with plenty of personality, Mr. Peacock and Professor Plum might just be the pair for you!
Meet and greet/adoption appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
DON'T FORGET! Cats often do better with a friend! All our cats and kittens have an "Adopt one and the 2nd at half the adoption fee!" bonus!!!

Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, ($25-125 +TAX) special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
